- Develop/update product & sales training concept based on the training need, requirements to suit different target groups
- Develop/ update training content based on the defined training concept, by optimizing the material from BMW AG or based on the analysis of local market situation.
- "Develop/updates training material/tools / systems to ensure message being transferred and training delivered in effective way
- Implement the training according to guideline from BMW Training Academy
- On-site self-discipline as role model and control the participant to ensure training can be delivered under the active but well-organized atmosphere.
- Conduct feedback sessions and work out report after each training to explore more training needs and / or optimize the trainings
- On site steering training delivery and service provided from vendor for quality control
- Responsible for Dealer sales consultant qualification and competition.
- Participate Product & Sales Train-the-Trainer to get related information from central.
- Support company by provide training or information on special occasions, such as Marketing/PR event or sales department.
- Other tasks assigned by Line Manager
- Master degree majored in automotive engineering from top university
- Familiar with premium segment product in China
- Competency of being Brand Ambassador
- Good presentation and communication skills
- Excellent reporting skills, ability to express himself / herself in a clear and concise way, both written and verbally English business fluent both in oral & written
- Familiar with all known Microsoft Office Programs, especially Excel & PowerPoint
- Business oriented, clear mindset of customer orientation
- Well organized, detailed, pro-active, dynamic, can work with pressure and flexibility
